April graduated with a BSc (Hons) sports therapy degree. Since completing the degree April has gained experience at Hungerford Town Football Club working pitch side and clinically to ensure the players remain at full fitness. April has also assisted pitchside for Swindon Wildcats Ice Hockey and clinically for Hungerford Town F.C. Academy. Alongside this April works with clients from a variety of sports such as boxing, cycling, rugby, and football. 

 

During her degree, she completed an internship at Cinderford R.F.C gaining lots of knowledge and insight both clinically and pitchside within the rugby environment. Since her degree, Coming from a sporting background, having played field hockey for 10 years, April understands the frustration athletes face when they become injured. 

 

In the past, she has provided sports massage for the London marathon for a charity ‘children with cancer’, as well as, working at multiple events providing first aid such as stow under 8s Gloucestershire rugby festival, Devil Mud Run and Bourton 10k. As a sports therapist, April is able to diagnose, treat and rehabilitate injuries. Whether its returning to sport or day to day living April will help you gain a full recovery.
